ESTATE PLANNING ATTORNEY sought by The Willingham Law Firm, PC in McKinney, TX.

JOB DUTIES:

Responsible for providing comprehensive legal services to clients in matters related to estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, and other aspects of wealth management, including: client consultation, drafting legal documents, reviewing existing plans, trust administration, probate and estate administration, tax planning, legal research, client education, and collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:
U.S. Juris Doctor or foreign equivalent degree; Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
